This wagon was made completely from scrap. 

  

The basin is an old concrete mixing tub.

The fame work is old shelving.

The axle, wheels, and tires were taken from a scrap mini van.   

As I look at scrap I look for alternative uses. Either I construct something useful or I send it to the scrap yard where it's melted down and turned into something totally new. Time and effort has already been spent in making the existing object, so why not make the best of it. As for the wagon it is larger than the lawn and garden carts sold at discount stores and can hall a heavier load. This picture doesn’t show the completed product. The wagon was painted with scrap paint.
