My experience from operating an automotive repair shop for the past 25 years has given me knowledge on various  aspects of the industry.  This accumulative experience has transformed me into an expert in my field.  

With that in mind,  I would like to talk about what I have learned from my clients and customers over the years.  

Yes,  two words with different meanings:  

1)  client -  using professional service  

2)  customer – purchasing services.  

Clients have the expectation that the vehicle will be fixed properly, they  maintenance their vehicles and they expect it to be reliable.  

Customers are more likely to shop for the lowest price and only do the necessary repairs.
